Orders are dispatched same-day for goods in-stock and for orders received before 2pm Standard Eastern Time.

How long will standard delivery take?
Most deliveries take 2 - 3 business days in Metro areas within the same state. Interstate orders may take longer depending on your location.  The following times are guidelines only and based on reasonable expectations and experience.  Shipping delays can occur, and delivery times may be faster or slower depending on the area: 

 QUEENSLAND AND NSW
To metropolitan areas of Brisbane 1 day
Between metropolitan areas of Brisbane, Sydney, and rural locations 2-3 days
Between rural locations 2-3 days
NT, ACT, VIC, TAS, AND SOUTH AUSTRALIA
To metropolitan areas of capital cities and towns 2-3 days
Between metropolitan areas of capital cities, and rural locations 3-4 days
Between rural locations 3-4 days
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
To metropolitan areas of Perth and towns 4 days
Between metropolitan area of Perth, and rural locations 5 days

We use Australia Post and a select group of reputable couriers and freight companies to provide you with a choice of speeds and optional features including Insurance.  These options will be displayed during the checkout process.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY:

We handle returns and process refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer protection legislation. You must first contact us and prior arrangements must be made for any Goods to be returned for any reason.  We ask that you contact us at 073890 8476 prior to sending any Goods to us to see if we can first provide troubleshooting or technical assistance.

If you've experienced performance issues with any of our products, please contact us for further assistance.

I Received the Incorrect Order:
If you've received an incorrect order or you can see something wrong with your order, please log into your account, where you'll see the entire order that you placed.

If the order you placed is perfect, but what you've received is incorrect, please see below:

  • Incorrect products:
    If we've sent you an incorrect product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item and we will send the correct product out to you. We will also arrange collection of the incorrect product.
  • Incorrectly ordered:
    If you made a mistake when ordering products through our website or if you changed your mind, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. We offer a previewer of the details of every order in the shopping cart to help you double check that all details are entered correctly before you confirm your order.
  • Part of the order was not received: 
    If you have not received all items in your order it may be because the other items are on back order. A 'delivery advice'
      will be shipped along with the ordered items and should provide further details on any items still owing - 'back orders'.  If you do require further assistance or information at this point, please get in touch within 48 hours with the details of what you have received so that we can advise you about the outstanding items.
